We ship to the UK, US (not including APO&FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain.
Where does ZoePaws ship from?
ZoePaws now has three international warehouses based in Australia, China, and the UK. We ensure your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on stocking status.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping On All Orders! And you do NOT need to deal with any custom affairs.
When will I receive my order?
We know you’re excited to bring more vitality (Zoe) and comfort to your pet. We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc…).
You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as a small business, we’ll do everything we can to help if we can catch your order in time. Please reach out to support@zoepaws.com as soon as possible.
If the order is successfully cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel or change an order if the product has already been shipped out.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you pay for your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation which includes a link to your order tracking details. Please note, it sometimes takes the carrier 3-5 business days to upgrade the tracking information in their system after shipment.
