In the unlikely event that your product experiences any malfunction due to a manufacturing defect during its lifetime, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

What is not covered by ZoePaws’ Lifetime Warranty?
Our warranty replacement may not apply if the product is damaged due to normal or abnormal wear and tear from all the adventures and cozy moments your pet enjoys.
We do not warranty for free gifts.
How does the warranty work?
Contact us at support@zoepaws.com with details and photos of the defect. If the claim meets our warranty guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge (UK, EU & Australia Only).
If you are outside of these locations and have an issue with the product, please contact us at support@zoepaws.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.
