I would highly recommend Zoe Paws! The dog carrier sling is beautifully made, high quality and clearly designed with a lot of care and attention to detail. I was genuinely impressed with the product and the excellent customer service I received. The team were incredibly helpful, understanding and quick to respond throughout. It’s refreshing to receive such friendly and personal customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zoe Paws to anyone looking for a beautifully made, high-quality product from a company that truly cares about its customers.
The material and quality of this bag are amazing! It’s the perfect fit for my Chihuahua puppy, and he was so comfortable and settled during his first stroll outside. The padded strap is really supportive and comfortable on the shoulder, even when carrying him for a while. I also love the handy little pockets, especially the secure space for your phone. Such a lovely, practical and well-made bag — we’re really happy with it!
Not used it yet. Bought it for train journeys.
I purchased the Ergonomic Portable Hands-Free Pet Sling Carrier in Buckwheat Grey for our walking holiday in the Lakes District. I have a 13 year old toy poodle who has just started to show his age. I wasn’t sure if he would be happy to sit in one of these bags but oh boy was I wrong as He loves it. The quality is exceptional and having the wider shoulder strap adds comfort for the person using it. Overall I’m very impressed.

Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Monique! We’re delighted to hear that your poodle loved the carrier and that it made your walking holiday more comfortable. Your kind feedback means a lot to us.💞
I bought this for my 12 week old kitten but he’s too small for it right now. When I contacted customer service. They understood and offered me a front facing rucksack as a free replacement. Which is incredible service! I haven’t used it yet as again, he still feels a bit too small. Great quality items. I look forward to using when the time comes!

Great quality! Delivery could have been a bit quicker..., but altogether satisfied customer and doggie!

Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Ann-Marie! We’re so glad you and your doggie are happy with the carrier. Sorry delivery took a little longer than expected, and we really appreciate your patience.
Finally found a cat carrier that's exactly what I was looking for! Great quality, well thought out design, and my cat loves it too!
Runs a bit large, which makes it perfect for a chubby 15-pound cat. Super comfortable to carry — doesn't strain your back at all. Pro tip: put the bag on first, then load your cat in!
Super lightweight on your back, really convenient, way more practical than other cat carriers I've tried. I can finally take my cat out for some fun — so excited!
The material feels really nice to the touch, and the color is pretty too.
Super easy to use! My 15-pound dog doesn't weigh me down at all — the shoulder straps are really wide so they never dig in! And my pup is totally comfortable curled up inside the bag!
The bag is really great, super comfortable to carry with no strain at all, convenient and easy to use. Took my cat to get vaccinated with it.
My baby weighs 9 pounds and got sick this year, so when we go out, I'll probably need to carry her most of the time. I've been ordering a bunch of carriers online lately and returned them all, but this one is great. It wraps around her really well, just like when I hold her normally, so she feels secure and doesn't resist being carried in it at all.
Super cute, but it seems like once they get a little bigger they won't be able to use it anymore.
Great material, very comfortable to wear on your back.
The bag has a really spacious interior and the quality is great. My dog feels secure inside, and the shoulder strap length is adjustable.
It's pretty good, very convenient for going out, and my little dog behaves well inside without any fuss.
Pretty good bag — comfortable to carry, and my cat feels really secure inside it. She actually climbs in on her own, and it keeps my hands free.
Oh my gosh, I am SO happy with this! I rarely leave reviews because I'm usually disappointed, but this one is just amazing — it looks great, it's nice and sturdy, and it's really comfortable to carry. My dog loves it too!
Tons of compliments every time I take this out — multiple strangers have stopped me to ask where I got it. The bag itself is incredibly light (feels like it's under 700g), so wearing it crossbody is effortless. It truly frees up your hands completely.
My cat has been extra clingy lately, always wanting to be held, so I figured I'd just get a backpack to carry her around. Got it, tried it on with her inside, and she sat so nicely in there — absolutely adorable!
This is hands down the best cat carrier I've ever bought. Both my cats took to it right away with zero resistance — they actually love it! The quality is great, it's really lightweight, and the wide shoulder strap design is super comfortable to wear. The ventilation mesh works really well too, so it stays nice and airy inside without getting stuffy. No problem at all carrying an 8-pound cat. Absolutely love it, highly recommend!
Perfect for my 10-pound cat. Good build quality. Now I can hold my stubborn little cat without any worries.
Great product quality.
The bag feels really nice to the touch, great quality, and it has a little pocket too. Love it!
The quality is really great — my dog absolutely loves it. The moment I take it out, he comes running over and rubs up against it.
Absolutely love it! My dog weighs about 33 lbs, and carrying him into the mall was killing my arms — but this bag makes it so much easier. It's got a ton of space and feels really sturdy, you can just toss stuff in without worrying. Highly recommend!
I've tried so many dog carriers, but this one has been the best experience by far — it looks great and it's super practical, and my dog feels really secure inside it. Now I can finally take her out shopping with me whenever I want!
Works great — I happened to take my kid to get a shot and it was so convenient, plus there are pockets to hold all the little odds and ends.
After letting my cat get used to the smell, she crawled right in on her own. She used to get scared in regular cat carriers or backpacks, but with this one she feels totally safe and secure. Taking her out for a little adventure in a few days!
You can wear it right on your chest, which makes interacting with your pet super convenient! My cat feels totally secure inside and doesn't try to struggle or escape!
The bag has a really nice feel to it, great functionality, and it's comfortable to carry.
Both my cat and I are super comfortable with this carrier. My cat goes in easily and just purrs away inside. The shoulder strap is nice and wide, so it doesn't dig into my shoulder at all. There are also these handy little features inside to secure and contain the cat. Absolutely love it — couldn't be happier!
Great! Really love it!
The bag has great support — my shoulders don't hurt at all, and my cat is super comfortable in it too!
Really great, a little pricey but worth it — the product just keeps getting better and better!
I bought it because the bag caught my eye, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise — the quality is really great. My dog is about 15 lbs and loves lounging around in it.
Super useful, great quality. Planning to get one in the milk white color when summer comes around.
The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. My little pup sits in it comfortably and feels very secure. Thank you to the manufacturer for putting out such a great product!
