The material and quality of this bag are amazing! It’s the perfect fit for my Chihuahua puppy, and he was so comfortable and settled during his first stroll outside. I purchased the Ergonomic Portable Hands-Free Pet Sling Carrier in Buckwheat Grey for our walking holiday in the Lakes District. I have a 13 year old toy poodle who has just started to show his age. I wasn’t sure if he would be happy to sit in one of these bags but oh boy was I wrong as He loves it. The quality is exceptional and having the wider shoulder strap adds comfort for the person using it. Overall I’m very impressed.

I bought this for my 12 week old kitten but he’s too small for it right now. When I contacted customer service. They understood and offered me a front facing rucksack as a free replacement. Which is incredible service! I haven’t used it yet as again, he still feels a bit too small. Great quality items. I look forward to using when the time comes!

Runs a bit large, which makes it perfect for a chubby 15-pound cat. Super comfortable to carry — doesn't strain your back at all. Pro tip: put the bag on first, then load your cat in!
