Where does ZoePaws ship to?

We ship to UK, US (not including APO & FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain.

Where does ZoePaws ship from?

ZoePaws has three international warehouses based in Australia, China, and the UK. We ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on stocking status.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping On All Orders! And you do NOT need to deal with any customs affairs.

When will I receive my order?

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc.).

You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

5-8 Business Days to UK

5-8 Business Days to most EU countries (Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain)

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if we can catch it in time, we will help to update your order. Please reach out to support@zoepaws.com. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you pay for your order, you'll receive an email with a link to order tracking details. Sometimes the carrier takes 3-5 business days to update tracking information.
